Why Offer These Research Sessions?
This round of sessions is part of Tessa Alexa Stanford’s ongoing research and refinement of Revolutionary Grief - a body of work born from her own lived experience and years of holding others through loss, burnout, and transformation.
These sessions explore how the frameworks of Revolutionary Grief support people from all walks of life: those who have engaged deeply in personal growth and those who are just beginning, those working within care systems, and those simply carrying the weight of being human in the world.
Participation not only supports each individual’s own healing, but also contributes to shaping the next evolution of Revolutionary Grief and the book that is in development.
What is Revolutionary Grief?
Revolutionary Grief is a framework and approach that helps people meet the grief and loss in their lives - not only the grief of death, but the ongoing losses, disappointments, and patterns that quietly shape our experiences.
It provides perspective shifts, creative exercises and reflective tools to help individuals process, understand, and release what no longer serves them, reclaim trust in life, and open their hearts more fully - supporting both personal transformation and deeper connection with others.
